The Triassic and Jurassic reservoirs in the northern uplift of Tarim Basin are mainly distributed in three exploring regions

Donghetang and Yingmaili.regions. The variation of the reservoiring spaces follow a certain rule

and the reservoirs' quality is closely related to the pore structure. The reservoirs can be classfied into four grades according to theirphysical properties and capillary pressure. The main factors that control the reservoir properties are the buried depth

the development of faults and unconformity planes.
