Abstract:

Coal formation pores such as cleats and intergranular pores could be divided into five types in this area. The adsorption and desorption curves are mainly closed;the coalbed capillary pressure curves are principally fissure-pore type;large pores are widely distributed;the pore volume and specific area are both large;and the adsorption property is in middle-class.Therefore,the performance of coalbed reservoirs is good and coalbed methane could be easily developed in this area.
