ANALYSIS OF MICROPALEONTOLOGY IN LACUSTRINE FAN DELTA OF GAOSHANGPU

Abstract:

According to the study made on the paleoecology of Ostracoda,sporo pollen and algal fossils collected from the fan delta of the third member of the Shahejie Formation in Gaoshangpu Oilfields,it is considered that the fan delta developed in littoral shallow lake environment The main elements of Ostracoda are Candona,Huabeinia and Candoniella with shallow water Candona as the the predominant one The content of the sporo pollen is usually higher than that of algae;the main elements of the algae are Granodiscus,Leiosphaeridia or Parabohaidina and Conicoidium All of the fossils reflect fresh to brackish water in littoral to shallow lake environment
