INFLUENCE OF DIABASE INTRUSION ON HYDROCARBON GENERATION OF DEPOSITIONAL ORGANIC MATTER

Abstract:

The authors collected 4 limestone samples and 4 mudstone samples near a diabase body in a basin in Northwest China and analysed the organic matter of the samples.The result indicates that additional geotherm resulted by intrusive mass had evident influence on organic matter evolution.
